We will be having a Rich Task before half term to concentrate on The Fire of London and relate it to the learning objectives for Art, D/T and Literacy! If you have any cardboard boxes at home (about the size of a crisp box or shoe box) please could you send them in to school. Also any house design magazines that you may have finished with. Thanks. Watch this space for more information!!
Yuor child may have come home and said that they are no longer allowed to bring their own toys in to school for Golden Time. We have discussed Golden Time as a whole staff and we would like to make this time more rewarding and special for the children. We will be providing a range of activities for the children to choose each week, one of which will be to play board games together. We do have a very small number of such games in school, but would be grateful for any donations of games your child no longer plays with. Please could you check that all the necessary pieces are included with the games. If you are willing to donate any games just hand them to a menber of Infant Staff. Thank you very much.
Just before we finish, a reminder to ensure that all children have a PE kit in school with pumps that fit them as our PE curriculum will begin this week.
Have a super week!!
